gnumed-server software package provides 19.12-1, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gnumed-server
gnumed-server is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gnumed-server package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gnumed-server *
You will get with gnumed-server package name, version, architecture and description in a table
